User Access

This chapter covers how to give other DanceCloud users access to your organiser account.

Granting Access

To grant access to another user, you need to know the email address they used for their DanceCloud user account.

TIP

If they haven't created a DanceCloud user account yet, ask them to register for a user account here.

In your organiser account, select Settings from the top-level menu, then User Access from the sub-menu:

To grant access to a user, enter their email address into the field on the top right, then click the Add User button.

TIP

The user will be sent an email notification that they have been granted access to your account. This will include instructions on how to access the organiser account.

Revoking Access

From the list of users with access to your account, you can revoke access by clicking the Remove Access button on their row in the table.

TIP

You cannot revoke your own access to the organiser account. This is to prevent you from accidentally locking yourself out of your account.

Ask someone else with access to your account to revoke your access if you need to.
